Luminaria: New and Selected Poems is a collection of poems written mostly during 2014. The collection makes reference to light after the poet noticed the ethos of light-bearing which runs throughout the collection. Luminaria is from the late Latin for light and is commonly used by residents of the southwestern U.S. as a tradition during the Advent season which leads the spirit of the Christ child into their homes
